Ferienunterkünfte mit Strandzugang in Playacar

Una excelente atención, excelente ubicación del departamento y algo que hay que destacar a mi parecer…No hay ruido exterior( me refiero a la música de alto, volumen de los bares alrededor) la 5ta avenida esta a solo pasos del lugar así que este alojamiento lo recomiendo al cien por ciento

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. Thank you Sergio, Doug, and team!

Exelente lugar, ubicación a 1 esquina de playa mamitas, cerca de tiendas, bares y hermosas playas.

What a great home! Location was steps away from the beach! I loved that the pool area was huge. There were also 2 restaurants on site, although we only go to try 1 as the other was only open for breakfast and lunch. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen counters had a few ants, so stay vigilant! A/C went out and Jamie was quick to respond and have maintenance come and repair. Since it was in the common area it was no big deal. There were not TVs in every bedroom, but thats a personal preference of mine. It didnt take anything away from how great the place was. If I visit again, I would love to stay at this property!

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

El lugar es tal cual la foto, la cama es muy cómoda, además que brinda un buen servicio de Internet. Ahora, si buscan tranquilidad no es el adecuado ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de playa del carmen y tiene dos boliches en la esquina. En mi caso no tuve problemas para dormir porque llegábamos muy cansados, pero si son de sueño ligero no lo recomiendo. Los recepcionistas muy amables, la pileta muy limpia y comoda, quedamos super conformes con el lugar y la atención.

Daniela’s condo was perfectly serene, clean, sophisticated, and offered the most gorgeous garden views from the massive sliding doors onto the main floor private patio. I truly loved climbing into bed each night as the mattress was incredibly comfortable - and the black-out curtains made it dark for sleeping deep. She also provided filtered water, coffee pods for AM cappuccinos, and everything you need for cooking meals in the simple and clean kitchen! I would definitely book my next Playa Del Carmen stay here - as Ipana condo building is amazing in many ways including the rooftop pools and perfect location for walking to 5th Ave, my fave tree-rich pedestrian street Calle 38, and the close-by beaches only 10 min walk! Daniela was responsive and helpful in all our communications - from start to finish. Wonderful person to trust and receive support for a great visit in Playa! Thank you Daniela! <3

Excelente todo, mucho mejor que en las fotos, acogedor, amplio, limpio, y seguro! El complejo en el que se encuentra también muy bonito, la comida del restaurante muy rica, la playa muy buena. Marilú es una increíble anfitriona, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar con todo! Súper recomendado, sin duda es la primera opción al volver!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

La casa de Bely fue perfecta para nuestra estancia. Todo estaba limpio, bien organizado y con muchos detalles que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. La ubicación es excelente y el vecindario tranquilo. Bely fue muy atenta y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Sin duda, ¡recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aquí!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

We had a great stay here. Right on the beach. A ton of capybara everywhere.!! Big enough house for 14 and a lot of room left. All the xcaret parks were nearby so that made it even better. 5th avenue close by as well.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

L’appartement est dans un des coins, donc vis à vis restreint. Balcon/terrasse très agréable au niveau du salon/salle à manger. Vue sur intérieur avec la piscine. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est également très sympathique. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille!!! Bref apparemment très bien conçu, bien aménagé, bien équipé et conforme aux photos et descriptions. Nos hôtes ont également été impeccables avant et pendant le séjour!

El lugar es simplemente maravilloso !!! Y el trato del anfitrión es excelente ! Cumple con todo lo que promete, hasta diría que supera las expectativas. Lo recomiendo 100% Tienen un bar y restaurante dentro del mismo complejo y a solo 5 min en auto hay un Soriana 24/7 . El trato de los guardias y los habitantes fue siempre amable.

When my partner and I arrived at the airbnb it was everything we had hoped for! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better airbnb! One of the main things I was looking for was lots of space and this airbnb was perfectly that. It is very spacious with a lovely layout. I especially like the layout of the bathroom it’s got a huge mirror and lots of counter space! I was pleasantly surprised with how nicely stocked the apartment was, with small tubes of shower gel, shampoo, etc. and paper towels in the kitchen, fresh towels for shower and the beach. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, it is beautiful!! The location is also perfect, we were walking distance from a plethora of restaurants, the beach, and 5th avenue. But it’s not too close, so we were not be disturbed by party music or anything! Lastly, I’ll touch base on the host, he was very nice and gave us helpful, clear instructions and always fast communication! Overall, excellent value, I would 100% book this airbnb again!

My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.
