Beautiful place Nemanja has. I would recommend any time! Personally he is very approachable and even gave us sledges that helped us have a great time on snow! The cottage is very peaceful, with an amazing view! One thing that we didn’t know is that not all the cottage’s have a fire place. I would recommend asking in case you want it. For us it would have been a particular experience since we had a lot of snow. But we were not short of fun. Enjoy Nemanjas place, you will not regret it!

Нам всё понравилось, начиная от ответов Елены на все наши вопросы, помощи в течение нашего путешествия с корректировками на дорогах, подготовленного тёплого дома к нашему приезду и вкусного красного домашнего вина оставленного нам в подарок !!! В доме есть все что нужно для того рода путешествий. Особенно рекомендую для тех кто решил убежать от городской суеты и большого количества людей. Спасибо Елене и её семье за все.

Ми мали чудовий досвід перебування в цьому гарному домі. Є абсолютно все що може знадобитись для комфортного проживання. Помешкання має зручне розташування - Чорне озеро знаходиться в 10-15 хв їзди на авто. Із задоволенням повернемось ще раз!

This was definitely our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Zorica was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The wooden cottage felt both cozy and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our stay. We highly recommend it and would absolutely return!

What a pleasant surprise for my wife and I. We were very pleased with the space and walkability from the house to everything we were interested in. Neda was very responsive and helpful durning our stay and we may come back again to be able to visit this beautiful little mountain town and Durmitor National Park.

Peaceful private house. Despite the rain, we were able to cook meat and sausages on the grill. The house has heaters on the first floor, so it was quite warm. The second bedroom is right next to the stairs, so it can be a little dangerous if you go to the toilet at night. Overall, a great house.

First, you must register in the Tourist Office and pay daily tax. The host doesn't not inform of this on the listing, house rules or in person. I was delayed doing so. The apartment was nice, clean and looked like the photos. I believe the shower was recently replaced, so there's no longer a little tub. The apartment has most kitchen items for an extended stay - pots, cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. There are basic tv channels and wifi available. Beka provided local information and recommendations about store opening time. The town center is about a 5 or 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is cute and mostly quiet, except for a few hours each day there are children playing, yelling and driving motorized cars in front of the apartment. I did notice a lack of cleaning supplies, such as a broom, dustpan and extra trash bags which would have helped keep clean during an extended sta with pets.. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing new apartment. Really clean and with all the things we needed for the stay. Wish we could have stayed for longer and enjoyed the place more.

My partner and I highly recommend staying here for your trip to Durmitor National Park! This was the perfect base for our adventures Aljoša really went above and beyond as a host. He advised us of road closures on the way and helped plan a different route, he also advised us that shops were closed (for a public holiday we weren’t aware of) so we were able to stock up on food the day before we arrived. He mapped an entire hike for us around the 3 lakes and ended up giving us basically a full 2 day itinerary which was incredible. We also were welcomed with homemade cakes and when we mentioned we liked them, he brought us more the next day! The space is really well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with thoughtful and helpful pieces. You have a toaster, kettle, a 2 burner cook top and a microwave at your disposal. It was comfy, it was cozy, it was clean and it was a very short walk to centre of the town. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt cosy in apartments. The room was nice and clean. There was everything we needed. Host behaved friendly and responded quickly if we had questions. We were glad to spend our time here and we would definitely stay this place again!

What a lovely and cozy place to stay! We loved the location and the cozy apartment with a nice kitchen, outdoor patio, and good walking accessibility to the town of Žabljak and to Durmitor's Black Lake. The apartment is recently updated and has a private entrance nearby the parking. It has all the things you need and space for two (you could have a family group of four here too.) Our host was very friendly and helpful, she was always very quick to respond to our communications. In fact she was one of the most reliable hosts I have had the pleasure of meeting. And say yes to the breakfast she makes! Overall, with this rental you will find a cozy home base for adventures, traveling, with a lovely view of the mountain highlands and well-suited for any season.

Pobyt przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca. W środku był zadbany porządek, bardzo czysta łazienka, świeża pościel, kompletne przybory kuchenne. Osobna sypialnia dla dzieci. Dobra baza wypadowa, w miejscowości restauracje, w pobliżu sklepy. Słowem polecam!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Obwohl sie recht klein ist, ist sie praktisch und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich. So wurde uns beispielsweise mehrfach etwas kleines selbstgemachtes zu Essen gebracht. Ebenso ist die Unterkunft sehr schön gelegen und man ist sehr schnell im Nationalpark und in der Stadt Zabljak. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 🥰

Nicola is a wonderful host! He was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed. We booked and checked in last minute, and it was no problem for him at all. He even made us a fire and shared great tips about local sightseeing spots. Highly recommend staying here!

Проживание было достойным, расположение очень удобное. В объявлении не указано, что вы будете проживать в доме с хозяином, вам отведены 2 и 3 этаж дома. В целом нас это не беспокоило, так как мы останавливались только на 1 ночь, но иногда кричал ребенок. Также был сломан электрический чайник и нам пришлось греть воду в кастрюле. Сам Владимир дружелюбный, рассказал по местности куда мы можем съездить, помог организовать нам рафтинг, спасибо.

Vesna and her husband were excellent hosts. The apartment is clean and well organised. The instructions to arrive could have been a little clearer, adding some photos to an arrival guide would really help as the sat nav using the address provided was going to take us in the wrong direction. We were pleased we were met outside to be shown where to go. The restaurant next door was great but we had to wait a long time to be seated as we didn’t know it would have been wise to book. The hosts were extremely accommodating helping us find another place to stay after some of the group were unwell. The apartment overlooks the main town square so it is worth checking if there are any events on during your stay. We had a music concert 🎵 one night while we were there.

This Airbnb was great. We arrived around midnight and we weren't at the right house. The owner, in the rain, walked to our car and then showed us where the Airbnb was. The house already had a fireplace going to warm us which was appreciated. They had a bottle of wine ready for us plus other goodies for us in the fridge. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable. Nikolina was very friendly and responsive. She checked in on us occasionally to make sure everything was going well. Our last day at the Airbnb, her father brought us cheese pie as a gesture of good will. It was delicious. This place was great. You should stay here. We would.
