Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Great space to unplug! Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) Come stay in our 1992 Thomas school bus that we converted into a beautiful tiny home and now share with all of you in our backyard. It has running water, electricity, a king sized bed, a tiny kitchen and a bathroom. We installed cedar ceilings throughout the bus which makes it feel (and smell) very cozy.
