We are located within the Snowshoe Highlands International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Ride Center and Monongahela National Forest, & are now featuring the 27-mile Monday Lick Trail System of single-track bike optimized trails that connect directly to downtown Marlinton. Great for kayaking, biking and fishing!We are 29 miles from Lewisburg, 22 to Snowshoe 10 to Marlinton. Seebert is our hidden jewel with boat takeouts and easy acces to the trail. Great for a family reunion Watago State Park is 1 mile from your front door. Watago is the largest state park in Wv featuring hiking and biking trail , a beautiful lake with paddle boards and kayaks!

Quiet secluded vacation/hunting camp on 20 acres in Pocahontas County Wv. Family camp since the 70’s. A true camping experience with comfort. No cell service in area due to Greenbank Observatory’s regulations. 3 small bedrooms, Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. Tons of trout fishing close by , skiing, hunting, hiking and immediate wilderness access on the property. No other houses within a quarter mile! Great place to decompress and have some fun. WiFi, PET FRIENDLY.

Come and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and peaceful stay at a fully furnished and renovated mobile home. This country home has a fully stocked kitchen, full bath, washer, dryer, and desk for a study area. Two (2) bedrooms: 1 queen; and bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. A fire pit to make S'mores! Coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, snacks, toiletries, washing powders & paper towels, are provided for initial stay. No range. Spiral stairs. The bathroom is open, but around the corner from living space, has a privacy curtain. Tiny Space with a great big view! Right on the Warm Spring!
