Mint condition apartment as described in listing. Mesmerizing view from the balcony. My family enjoyed the Easter break and Misha was very responsive on all queries raised. I will surely come back for another holiday. Didn't find anything to complain about...

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

The winery resort is an amazing place to spend a few days. The villas are beautiful with every comfort that you might need. The space we rented had our own private jacuzzi with view over the mountains. Our stay started with a complimentary wine tasting of the four wines that the family produces at the location and the host who is also a University professor regaled us with stories of the region and the history. For an extra fee you can order dinner and breakfast to be delivered to your door. The pool is refreshing for a dip at the end of the day where you can chat with other guests and there are bicycles at your disposal if you want to take the 10 minute trip to the adorable tourist town on the edge of Lake Skadar (the largest lake in Southern Europe) which is a national park with protected bird species. My husband and I returned from our trip feeling rested and rejuvenated after our time at Nemanja's place. Highly recommend!

Квартира замечательная, современная, просторная, местоположение идеальное (до очень красивого пляжа Пржно и парка Милочер несколько минут пешком), ещё несколько пляжей тоже в пешей доступности. Место очень тихое, вид с балкона восхитительный. Оксана сделала наше пребывание очень комфортным, оперативно отвечала на все наши вопросы, помогла с организацией поездки на Скадарское озёро. В следующий раз, обязательно снова остановимся именно тут. Спасибо

Świetne miejsce! Blisko do plaży, sklepu i restauracji. Domek i ogród przepiękny! Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni. Na terenie obiektu znajdują się dwa domki, duży basen, mały placyk zabaw dla dzieci. Chętnie wrócimy w to miejsce :) polecam

A wonderful rustic house in a peaceful location. We stayed for a week and loved our time there. Mirjana was a great host, we can't really fault anything! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden is beautiful, it's a lovely space to sit and relax. We were unlucky with the weather but Mirjana made sure that we were well-stocked with firewood and had everything we needed. The location for us was absolutely perfect; it is walking distance to the Cetinje centre but far enough out that you feel like you're in the countryside rather than a city when you get home. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it!

מרטין בא לפגוש אותנו במרכז וירפאזאר והוביל אותנו בכביש ההררי המפותל עד לבית. פפה ומרטין ארחו אותנו בנדיבות וברוח טובה. וכבדו אותנו בגבינה ומאפה הומייד , ירקות מגן הירק ומשקה ראייקה משובח. הנוף מדהים. המארחים והבית מלאים בהסטוריה של המקום ובמידע לפי הצורך. מתאים למי שמעוניין במיקום מבודד בטבע. קרוב במרחק כרבע שעה מאגם סקאדאר ומוירזאפאר. הדבר היחיד שהפתיע היה שאין מזגן בבית ולא קלטנו מראש. עם זאת נראה שלמעט כמה ימים חמים בשיא הקיץ, אין צורך במזגן וניתן להנות ממיזוג טבעי של אויר הרים צלול. המארחים היו נעימים וזמינים לכל צורך.

We had a great stay in Sanja’s house. She, and her husband welcomed us, and showed us around. They kindly provided us with fresh fruits, wine and a cold pack of fruit juice. The house is in a small village, almost at the end of a road up the hill. This provides great views and a peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle at the coast. Depending on traffic, you can be ie. in Budva Stari Grad in 16 minutes. The road to the house and the parking i found ok with a rental car. The pictures are accurate (Aug 2024); some furniture changed, there is no microwave, yet there is an additional large fridge and a washing machine; there was limited natural shade as the plant pictured had a hard time this year. The amenity list shows no washing machine or hot water, yet both are there. Internet is based on wireless cell-tech, good enough to pick up some mails and read a newspaper (around 2mb/s download). Communication was easy (Sanja speaks English very well). Would recommend!

The whole family of hosts are super lovely and helpful. Glad that we stayed here. The place looks exactly like on pictures. Great location for pet owners since there are two parks right next to the house. When I come back to Podgorica, I will definitely write a message to Ksenija and her husband to come back here. The house was clean and in an excellent place in Petrovac. There is a church right next door that rings a bell at 7. am every morning. The sheets, towels and toilets was clean. And have adequate number of spare sheets and towels. House is around 5-10 minutes from walking distance from the beach. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Simo and the helper lady Tanja.

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

Het huis ligt afgelegen en daarom is er in de naaste omgeving niets te doen, behalve een heerlijk restaurant. Wij vonden die rust juist geweldig! De ontvangst was super!! We hebben kennis gemaakt onder het genot van zijn heerlijke eigen wijn! Wij omschrijven deze plek, het huis en de grote tuin met zwembad als 'de hemel op aarde'. We hebben GENOTEN!

Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Vaso was a very friendly and communicative host. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to meet us on arrival as we booked at late notice, but he arranged another lady to show us to our room with no problems. The space was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we had access to a well-maintained, secluded swimming pool. The town of Sveti Stefan was only a short drive away and we had free guest parking on site.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

My friends and I stayed at Olga’s place for a week. There’s a public transport access and there’s a small convenience store 5 mins walk away. The host was very helpful and could easily be communicated through here or her private number. The pool was lovely and had lights at night which created a nice atmosphere. It’s near Sveti Stefan and Budva 20-30 mins away. The cooking facilities including bbq all work as they should. Overall, we had a great stay at Olga’s place.

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)
