Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Podgorica

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

L'alloggio rispetta le aspettative, c'è l'essenziale e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto. L'host è estremamente gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. L'accesso al mare è fronte casa dalla banchina di cemento, come in quasi tutta la baia di Kotor. La Old Town si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, in 20 minuti camminando con calma.

Öncelikle Dragana mükemmel bir insan, konaklama boyunca bir eksiğimiz var mı diye hep iletişimde kaldı. Mekan çok güzeldi ve insanlar harikaydi. Doğa severseniz eğer mükemmel tercih diyebilirim. Evin altında çok tatlı bir kafe var orda bir şeyler yiyip içmek çok keyifliydi. Markete çok yakın aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

Very modern flat and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and views of the mountain, sea and town from the balcony were fabulous. Lovely to arrive and have toilet rolls, tea and some coffee already bought. Despite being on the 9th floor the lifts were very efficient. Area is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within a 5m walk (or less).

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

The apartment was lovely. Location was really good. Balcony was amazing especially the view. Apartment was very well equipped. Would definitely come back. 10 minute walk into Porto Montegro. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Would recommend Big Ben restaurant. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay! Ivana is a great host, so lovely and friendly. She gave good recommendations and information about Kotor and Montenegro in general. The apartment was very nice and clean and the location was perfect!

Jelena was an absolutely brilliant host. The apartment was 1min walk to the beautiful secluded side of the river which was away from all the tourists. It was super clean and lovely interior design with great furniture and comfortable bed. When arrived, her dad greeted me and he was super helpful and kind. I had a very special moment with Jelena’s parents who showed me how to get to the local legendary cave when I couldn’t find it myself, invited me to join them for dinner, which was so wonderful to get to know the Montenegrin culture. There was a kayak (2 people) to hire at the apartment and it was €10/hour and it was so beautiful to go down the river to the Skadar lake. The house is located in the old town, very quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. A few minutes to the river Moraca, where you can swim on a hot day. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Flat was super clean and nice. Dijana and her husband were extremely friendly and so kind!!!!

Ce logement etait parfait, pratique et agréable, juste à côté du petit centre de Virpazar et face au lac apaisant

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

The place was great with a nice view Ksenjia and her family were very helpful We booked a boat trip with them which was great and with stunning views The only complain would be light entering through the curtains wakes you up and due to the place being beside the lake there were mosquitoes but that was solved by ksenjia as she brought us an insect repellent device Would recommend the place for any one deciding to stay near lake skadar.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

Un superbe appartement proche de Kotor. Fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et pratique (serviettes de douches, lits confortables…) Baignade dans le lac à 1mn à pied, avec vue magnifique ! Bon rapport qualité - prix !Je recommande fortement !

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views! Only about 10 minutes from Kotor or Perast. Highly recommended renting a car for easier access to these places .

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Appartement magnifique, moderne et très confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon, parfait pour se détendre. Un excellent choix pour les vacances.

Ana Marija and Marina were excellent communicators. Clear directions for access to the beautiful condo. Great location and good size for our family of three. Marina helped with a taxi back to airport after our stay and Igor the taxi driver -come- tour guide was a highlight of our holiday! If you get a taxi please get the hosts to set you up with Igor! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for being fabulous hosts and I wish you well for the season ahead.

Всё прошло отлично. Bojana помогла с трансфером из аэропорта и регистрацией. В квартире всё новое, все приборы работают, очень чисто. Маленькая, но уютная, а расположение очень удачное: магазин IDEA со всем необходимым - через дорогу, а до центра Тивата - 10 минут пешком.
