The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

A private entrance basement apartment in our home in Montclair, VA. Minutes from I-95. Apartment is newly constructed as of October 2018. Locking door for privacy. Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a brand new kitchenette, newly renovated modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Located just minutes away from George Mason University. Less than a mile to Burke Lake Park, great for trail hiking, canoeing and fishing (not swimming). The Park also features a golf driving range and an 18-hole, par 3 golf course. The accommodation is an in-law suite with private entrance, 4K TV (for use with streaming services such as NETFLIX and HULU), Wi-Fi and a Keurig Coffee machine, microwave, small refrigerator.
