Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Polis Chrysochous

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und auch die Gegend sehr gepflegt. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war sehr schön zum frühstücken. Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Die Kommunikation hat immer gut geklappt und Anna war stets bemüht, einem zu helfen. Das Meer ist fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt und das Apartment liegt direkt an der Promenade und ist somit sehr zentral. Der Fußboden war sehr kalt, und ein paar Utensilien haben wir in der Küche vermisst. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und können es sehr weiter empfehlen!

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Komplex mit großem Pool, gepflegtem Garten und ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich, blitzsauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt einfach alles, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft 100%ig weiter.

Nice place perfectly positioned for the centre of Paphos. Good local restaurants and view from the balcony is great. Easy to find and straightforward instructions

The house is as described, furnished and equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable. The courtyard is beautiful, for relaxation. The house is located in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood. From the house and yard you can see the sea which is very close. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach can be reached on foot and quickly. There is access to a swimming pool. Julia and Jody are very welcoming hosts, communication was excellent. Always caring, with helpful advice. We thank them for the welcome gifts. On departure, after checkout, they were very kind and took us to Kato Paphos. We really liked it and will come back with love!

Great location, opposite the beach and minutes away from cafes and restaurants. A lovely communal garden. Had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Close to sea front with lots of bars and good places to eat. It’s above Nikos’s shop so he is always on hand. When finding the apartment it is a souvenir / food shop next to a restaurant called Viva Cyprus. Someone is always in there. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Cyprus. We will book the apartment again

Primitor, liniste, Marea este aproape, aer conditionat sau aparat de incalzit daca e cazul. La Supermatket , terase si Columbia resort merita sa ajungi, este aproape. Localnicii sunt extraordinari.Pentru noi a fost excelent.

Es war so wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) haben wir die Nähe zu dem netten Ort Latchi sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten am Fußgängerwegs entlang der Strandpromenade waren wir bei vielen tollen Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt etc. und am Weg befinden sich einige Spielplätze. Also eine tolle Lage! Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet! An kalten Tagen im Februar gibt es ein paar Hotels, wo du als Tagesgast den Spa-Bereich bzw. Indoor-Pool nutzen darfst. Das nächstgelegene "Latchi Escape Hotel" ist dafür aber NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Dort waren wir. Schäbig und schimmlig. Fahrt lieber etwas länger in ein Hotel um Paphos und zahlt etwas mehr.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Honestly It's my third time I have been to Paphos but never experienced such a hospitality, cleanless and beautiness of an Apartman. Jane the host was really proactive, helping us in every question we had, the apartman is beautiful, sunny, really cosy and clean! They even left some local foods in the fridge which was such a heartwarming feeling for us. Would definitely go back hopefully this but latest next year!

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

The apartment was perfect for a couple, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was right in front, and the outdoor seating area was a great place to relax. The heating with the air conditioning worked well, which was great for the cooler spring nights. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and we especially loved the huge windows that let in lots of natural light. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kontakt und haben frühzeitig alle wichtigen Infos bekommen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und alles war sauber. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Der Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Häuser entfernt.
