We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.
