Little Ardwyn is a newly completed self contained log cabin with beautiful views overlooking the river Fowey. While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. Parking in the village is in high demand but a dedicated parking space, a short walk from the cottage, can be arranged on request. This charming three-storey fisherman's cottage enjoys stunning panoramic views over Fowey harbour from all its main rooms and terrace. The cottage sleeps up to four in three bedrooms - the main with king-sized bed and ensuite.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.

Village shop, cafe and pubs. Canoeing, paddle boarding and boating on River Fowey.

The Old Sail Loft

The Old Sail Loft is an 18th century stone cottage overlooking the beautiful River Fowey. It was once home to an old lady who lived in this cottage and mended sails for the pilchard fleet that she could see from her window. Today it is a peaceful refuge that sleeps four, with a sunny garden perfect for watching the boats on the river and in winter months, spending cosy evenings by the log burner watching storms pass by.
