Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. Polruan has 2 pubs, village shops, 2 cafes & a bakery. Local activities include coastal walks, Ferry’s to Fowey & Mevagissey, beaches, Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Lost Gardens of Heligan & Adrenaline Quarry. Parking is available in public car parks a short distance from the cottage at additional cost.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Parking in the village is in high demand but a dedicated parking space, a short walk from the cottage, can be arranged on request. This charming three-storey fisherman's cottage enjoys stunning panoramic views over Fowey harbour from all its main rooms and terrace. The cottage sleeps up to four in three bedrooms - the main with king-sized bed and ensuite.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Pepper Pot is a smart dinky bolthole, perfect for two, with direct water access down steps to the sea. There is a terrace and a large window seat with panoramic views of Fowey Harbour. Hop on the Polruan Ferry to Fowey for lots of good places to eat or visit one of the two local pubs only 5 minutes walk away. There is a kitchenette perfect for rustling up meals and a king size bed. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests and there is a mooring available if required.
