Feel the aloha as you unwind at this beach chic gem. The residence features a gorgeous palette of sea glass colors bringing the ocean hues inside. A unique feature of this condo are the grand master suites each with a private ensuite bath located on opposite ends of the condo, offering the ultimate in privacy. A second unique feature is the double size lanai shaded by a flowering plumeria tree. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails relaxing in the 2 plush club chairs. Consider dining alfresco at the lanai table that accommodates 6 guests. Enjoy the rainshower heads in the upscale baths. Both bedrooms are very large and private as they are located on opposite ends of the condo, linked in the center by the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath with double sinks. Each bedroom contains large double mirrored closets for hanging clothes, shelving for folded clothes and a dresser. The living room furniture has been upgraded with down fill for comfort. Guests are able to access the entire interior and lanai space on one level. There is one locked closet in the master bathroom for housekeeping service items. Guests have access to my Property Manager in person, by phone and by email. Guests also have my cell phone number and email. I am able to assist guests in their requests/needs/vacation planning and suggestions at all times. The condo is in Wailea, a pristine well-kept community. Maui's 5 world class beaches are located in this neighborhood all within a few minutes' drive. There is also fine dining, shopping, and a grocery store within a 10 minute walk. The island and area is serviced by Uber and also a local open air shuttle service, Turtle Tracks I check in with all guests within 24 hours of their arrival via email to inquire if the condo was properly cleaned and prepared for their arrival and to ensure they arrived safely. We are able to offer complete guest satisfaction as housekeeping will come back out and remedy any cleaning issue that does not meet expectations.
