All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. 👋 Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado durante la estancia. (Pero hay un poco de visiblidad exterior) Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros.
