"Completely renovated, 4 bd 2 bth house. Fully furnished, non-smoking, home located in a family neighborhood. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, full size guest room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bd , and bunk beds in the 4th bd. The mb has a large vanity and walk in shower. Gb has a single vanity with shower/bath combo. Yard with fire pit and weber grill. 3 smart TV's throughout.

1950's era house one minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants, pier, marina, lighthouse. Two bedrooms each with new queen mattresses. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Big yard. Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Linger Longer is peaceful and joyous. LL is 1.5 blocks from the beautiful, wide beach. Sufficient parking for bike trailers, trailered boat or RV. Beach, bird, fish or bike. Four beach cruisers and lots of beach stuff are included. Visit Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center and Daytona Intl. Speedway. Ninety minutes to Orlando's attractions.
