On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The small but perfectly formed front room comprises a comfy corner couch with Virgin TV. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave etc Please note: No parties - we operate a strict quiet time after 10pm policy and expect guests to be considerate at all times. Also if you have more than one car you cannot park on the road. There is a free car park down the road.
