The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

There are also direct ferry links to the city of Melbourne. Portarlington is the gateway to the historic towns and surf beaches of the Bellarine Peninsula.
