La vivienda tiene un agradable patio privado y permite gozar de la tranquilidad de un lugar mágico, junto al golfo de Roses. La casa se encuentra frente a los famosos Aiguamolls del Empordà y muy cerca de municipios como Roses, Castelló d'Empúries o la larga playa de Sant Pere Pescador.

La casa rural Cal Ferrer Pujol ha estat restaurada durant els anys 2015 i 2016 respectant la seva construcció original de fa aproximadament 300 anys segons la llinda de la porta de l’entrada principal. Es pot apreciar, per tant, els estils constructius de l’època com és la volta catalana que trobem en totes les habitacions i en banys. La casa se situa en un petit poble de l'Empordà de 364 habitants.
