Our stay was fantastic. I had a little trouble unlocking (user error) and Claire was very quick to help out. The house was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Joseph messaged me after check in to make sure everything was to our standards. It exceeded all expectations. The furniture and beds were Very comfortable and clean. The house is very close to an excellent bagel shop and only 10 minutes from downtown Newport. We felt right at home. Will definitely be back!

We visited our college daughter and stayed at Anne’s house for Easter weekend . It is so peaceful and beautiful . The art is really awesome . We enjoyed looking at each piece. Would love to visit again .

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Lisa’s house was just as described. Very nice and spacious it’s lots of amenities. Check in was very easy and Lisa communicated throughout the whole trip. Thank you! Would love to stay again at some point.

Could not have been happier with our weekend stay. The home was perfect for our two families with young children. There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed. Lots of added touches. The host was also extremely responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

We came to town for the marathon and Mary and Dwight’s place had the comfy couch and beds we needed for a relaxing recovery. They were proactive and responsive hosts and had easy check in and check out instructions! We enjoyed our stay in Newport and several of their local recommendations.

This was such a great location, walking distance to everything worth doing. The apartment was so clean and tidy. The host was so responsive and accommodating, and provided great recommendations. I can only imagine how much of a hot commodity this Airbnb is during the summer.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

Great place to stay in Newport! Location was great – close enough to downtown to walk, without being too noisy. Place was wonderful – spacious, clean, lots of light. The snacks were a fun surprise!

Great location! Easily accessible to the beach either via driving or walking. Quiet area. It was a nice place to stay for the weekend.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

great airbnb! place was spotless and spacious and peaceful. Easy check in, beds are super comfortable and has everything you need. close to a corner convenience store which was helpful to grab some water and snacks. and close to some good resturants and bars. overall great place to stay near rhode island and cap cod, good in-between for a great price. highly recommend ! thank you so much for your hospitality ! :)

Outstanding spot in the heart of Newport. Beautiful space with large, open kitchen/living room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom had great touches. Nice outdoor space and walking distance to parks, restaurants, etc. Parking was easy...as described! Note this unit is on the third floor so there are some stairs to climb!

Really enjoyed my stay at Kelly’s place. Great location and close to everything in Newport. Highly recommend!
