This was a great place to stay in Sandbridge! We loved that we had a view of both the beach and the bay. It's an easy quick walk to the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. There is a restaurant right on the premises and another one across the street, plus very close to a public park and the wildlife refuge. Randy and Tracy's place was so well-stocked - they had everything from sponges and soap in the kitchen to tissues and shampoo in the bathroom - it was so nice that we didn't have to go buy any of those items, especially for a short weekend! They also have a great storage closet packed with chairs, beach toys and bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the place itself was very nice and spacious. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had a question. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it if you need a condo in Sandbridge!

Great stay, perfect for our family gathering! Pool being open was an amazing surprise, loved by the crazy teenagers! Perfect location to enjoy event at the beach and family time at home!

This little beach cottage was perfect for a couple's getaway weekend. It was clean, inviting, and right on the beach. You can see the sunrise from the from the front porch, the lawn for residents is a beautiful access point for a more private beach set up.

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

My husband, myself and my fur baby stayed here as we were traveling to Florida. Great place to stay, tons of amenities. Felt just like Home!

The 'placePerfect Getaway' certainly lives up to and exceeds expectations. All aspects of this modern home are welcoming, safe, secure, and relaxing. From it's beautiful landscaping, in-ground pool, spa style masterbath suite, and high end appliances, the homes comforts are almost endless. Checking in and out is simple and pleasantly accommodating. Our sincere appreciation goes out to our gracious host. The care and attention to detail demonstrated create a genuine 'welcome to our home' ambiance. We will look forward to future stays in this 'placePerfect Getaway' and thank you again for a simply wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Great Escape! Most of our time was spent in the private pool and fishing from the yard into the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house had all the amenities we needed- it felt like a home away from home. Kim was a great host supplying us with lots of recommendations and was quick to resolve any problems. We hope to visit again in the future!

Villa Positano is a real gem! The location is perfect (direct access to the beach, very close to supermarkets and restaurants). The home is well-appointed with all amenities a family or group of friends would need, the kitchen / dining / living area is well stocked and smartly put together, the master bedroom had great views of the beach, the beautiful salt water pool was delightful, all the things anyone would ever need for a beach holiday (read: bbq, beach umbrella and chairs) was available, and the cherry on top, their gorgeous gramophone with old Italian records, made our short stay truly memorable. Roger was a wonderful host, helpful and kind, and responsive to my questions when we arrived. My family including our two dogs felt right at home instantly and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!!

Very beautiful place. It definitely feels homey. The area is nice as well.
