Ferienunterkünfte mit Balkon in Potomac River

Came here over spring break with our kids to show them DC. This airbnb is in a great neighborhood, just around the corner from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and stores to get essential groceries. It’s an end unit so it was quiet whenever we were there, felt like we could relax after a full day. Appreciated the kitchen to make meals, loved the little French press and having comfortable space when traveling with kids. It has an included off street parking spot behind the building which was essential for us traveling from out of town. About 10 minute walk to the metro spot which was perfect for our family doing touristy stuff downtown.

Had another wonderful weekend at Tim’s place - thanks so much for being a terrific host! Great location in the beautiful fan district. We so enjoyed hanging out with our family on the front porch and in the back courtyard! We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and coffee shops (and the Easter parade on Monument!). Thank you Tim for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and enjoy our family over the Easter holiday!

It was like staying at your rich aunt's house while she was away on her annual trip to Nepal ☺️ The neighborhood is quiet (with the exception of birds desperately seeking mates) and cute (the yards are decorated with xmas lights and flowers) and secluded (I didn't mind walking 15 minutes to the bus/metro.) The shower was pressurefull and modern like a hotel. The host (and co.) were all very friendly with minimal interactions. 🌟 Whenever I go to DC this will be the first place I check for availability. 🪷 10/10

This place was amazing. First, the property is beautiful, the lake creates a serene environment. The windows from anywhere in the house allow you to connect with nature. The layout of the home was excellent and a perfect family getaway. We were in town to celebrate Mom's 80th birthday and the elegance of this home made it all the more special. They were responsive to any questions about the reservation or the property. I highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

We loved this comfortable, clean, and comfortable place. Everything was so easy and convenient, and the beds were amazing. The proximity to UVA and great restaurants were added positives, and the Saturday farmers’ market down the block was so fun! We’d love to stay here again.

We were traveling with our 9 month old and lived our stay! Spotless home, safe neighborhood and within walking distance of great coffee shops and food! Well equipped for baby with pack and play and high chair too! Would stay here again. Thank you!
