Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

At our clean and comfortable Farm4 unit, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on five acres of land, beautiful views, dark, star-lit nights, all on a quiet, safe country road. You will enjoy a completely private unit with a kitchenette and 65" large screen TV. You will find yourself surrounded by wooded land, wildlife including turkey, deer, birds, foxes, raccoons, and sometimes turtles and more. And <2 miles to Clarkson!

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
