Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

Cosy Seaside Cottage | Hot Tub & Fire Pit

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!

Lantern Tides beach bungalow Smitswinkel Bay

This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!

Thundering Waves is a beautifully positioned house, with wonderful views of the mountains on the one side and breaking waves on the other. You will love the new bathrooms and the modern kitchen which flows into lots of living space. A stones throw to the beach on one side and uninterrupted mountain views from the wooden deck and outside braai on the other side, the feel of the house is just 'beachy'. 100 m walk to the beach and a short stroll to beautiful Bass Lake.

Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful False Bay beaches, The Lookout is a mezzanine level house with breathtaking views sitting in a quiet part of Simon's Town. Next to the iconic Froggy Farm, it is just the place for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.
