Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Thank you

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Merece 5 estrellas. Luis Manuel es muy amable y estuvo muy atento. a la propiedad le faltan algunos detalles de mantenimiento. Para dormir en el Sofá, es más bien de tipo catre. Tenía una fuga de agua en el lavamos del baño. El ventilador de la recamara o se prendía pero no se apagaba la luz, ya que el control remoto no servía. Muchos detalles muy buenos, toallas para alberca, un jardín precioso, un edificio increíble. Seguridad y Limpieza en el edificio. Los aires acondicionados funcionaron bien. Es una super propiedad. Solo tiene detalles, pero seguro que los corrigen pronto. Sin duda volvería. Excelente ubicación.

Excellent spot and Close to everything, including the best grocery store on the same block (Chedraui). The pool area is directly up one flight of stairs. The gym is ok and small. There is a brand new gym right outside the building that I went to and it has everything. The hosts were very communicative and got back to me within the hour. I would definitely stay here again. About the fan, yes it's a bit noisy when you're outside on the patio, but I could not hear it from inside. It's not as big of a deal is some of the others who have left reviews, make it.

Really nice apartment, very clean, very well equipped, with all the essentials for all your needs. Location for us was perfect, nice and quiet, right on the beach, but still walkable to town to enjoy all things Puerto Morelos offers. The bicycles were a great feature. Loved everything about it! And Susy, the property manager, was great as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excelente alojamiento con muy buen precio.

Excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra cerca de una estación de ADO, de un Oxxo y del Soriana, además está a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida. Todo súper céntrico. El alojamiento muy limpio, tranquilo, y cómodo. Sin duda buena relación calidad/precio.

Lägenheten är fantastiskt bra, vacker och välomhändertagen. Det finns allt för att kunna laga frukost/mat osv. Läget är perfekt nära stranden och bekvämligheterna i centrum av hotell Zone. För tillfället pågår det mycket nybyggnationer runtom i området, så även här. Det sker dock under arbetstid och vardagarna. Normalt är det tyst och lugnt i kvarteret. Värden är mycket hjälpsam och svarar snabbt på kontakt. Vi har bott här förut och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

El departamento es todavía mejor que en las fotos 😊 Me quedé durante tres semanas trabajando de manera remota, y me sentí muy cómoda. Además del departamento, el edificio es muy lindo y está perfectamente ubicado. Todo lo necesario se encuentra a menos de una cuadra. Hay un GoMart 24 hs justo abajo. Sin dudas volvería!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

Viajé en pareja a la estancia de Luis y es un departamento que está a una cuadra de una playa muy bonita (en el espacio de Luis hay dos sillas y una sombrilla lo cual fue muy bueno ya que solo las ponías y te sentabas a disfrutar de la playa). El espacio de Luis está en una de las mejores calles de playa del Carmen que es la 38 donde encuentras restaurantes muy buenos para comer, desayunar y/o cenar. Adicionalmente tienes el súper a unos pasos lo cual fue muy conveniente. Luis estuvo en contacto en todo momento con nosotros y respondía a cualquier duda que teníamos. Este ha sido de los mejores Airbnbs en los que me he quedado y sin duda regresaría a su estancia Otro punto a destacar es que la calle en la que está es muy segura y tranquila y está a un paso de la quinta avenida. Adicionalmente el espacio de Luis estaba muy limpio y espacioso y corresponde fielmente a las fotos. No se olviden de ir al último piso donde hay una alberca con vistas increíbles. Muchas gracias Luis por todo!

I chose this place due it's proximity to the beach, 5th Ave, and the rooftop pool and it did not disappoint. I wanted to be close to all the action without the noise pollution, and this fit the bill. I appreciated the strict no noise after 11pm policy. The building and the condo unit is modern, safe, and clean. We felt very comfortable here, and loved that we could get drinks and snacks by the pool. Everything you could want is within a few minutes walk - grocery store, restaurants, gym, beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

El lugar queda como a 15 min de la playa está a una calle de la carretera Colosio. Es acogedor, no tenía las hamacas. La piscina estaba limpia, tiene cosas de higiene básicos. Buena seguridad de puertas.

This is an amazing condo, and Xavier is a fantastic host. The condo is located in Playacar, a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. It feels secure because there are guards at the entrances who only allow residents in. The condo itself is well-equipped, with an amazing balcony and all the furniture and essentials you might need. There’s a large pool with a bar, a gym, another pool on the rooftop, and more. It’s also within short walking distance of 5th Avenue, the beach, shopping centers, and more, which makes the location even better. Xavier was a wonderful host—during our stay, we had a request, and he was there within just twenty minutes. He also kindly shared helpful information about nearby beach clubs and other amenities. Overall, I’ve visited Playacar with my family three times. I’ve stayed at high-end 5-star hotels, but I can confidently say that Xavier’s apartment offers everything a 5-star hotel does—and even more. Definitely recommended!

Súper recomendable, es excelente tanto el alojamiento, las instalaciones, como Vanesa que súper atenta, además la ubicación está cerca de todo! Volvería sin duda!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue de lo más acogedor. El depa estuvo de maravilla, todo estuvo increíble. Nuestro host estuvo de lo más atento. Mi familia y yo estamos súper agradecidos y felices por nuestra estadía en tan bello departamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
