Die Terrasse hat eine private Atmosphäre, mit einer Dekoration und Beleuchtung sehr gemütlich und romantisch, um besondere Nächte zu verbringen.

Hervorragende zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruihg! Bis zum Strand sind es ca.15 Min. Laufzeit. Stadtkern mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Mails, vielen Restaurants und Bars, ist nur 100-150 Metern entfernt.

The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
