The very clean and spacious room is equipped with ceiling fans, an outdoor heated shower, and full kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove and oven. The owners live on site and are available to assist with check-in and all of your trip planning.

Welcome to this cute and cozy second floor apartment. Placed between Condado and Isla Verde, it’s at only steps from the beach, restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. We offer private entrance, full kitchen, A/C on bedroom, WiFi, Disney +, Hulu and Netflix. The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

The studio has solar panels in case of power outages and a great location: 10 minutes from beaches like Crash Boat and Punta Borinquen, 15 minutes from Isabela, and close to Rincón. It's also just 5 minutes from Las Cascadas Water Park. We will send you recommendations and a list of good restaurants the day before your stay.
