Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Our comfortable little studio unit is set at the back of our property, providing you with the privacy to enjoy coffee in the morning sun with the native birds . It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Gorgeous light filled studio in lovely garden.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Bird Eye View overlooks Hawke’s Bay as far as the eye can see to the Kaweka and Ruahine ranges. This is paradise for you. 4km south of Havelock North and 30 minutes from the Napier airport. Set on a farm you experience peace and quiet close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor bath under the stars, listen to Moreporks, overlooking the stunning lights and views of rural Hawke's Bay. Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.
