The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Lucy the Caboose Cabin

Lucy the Caboose is a truly unique tiny house experience in a reproduction 1880s caboose in a woodsy, serene setting. You can almost sense the rhythm of the rails as you drift off to sleep in the queen bed in the cupola. Lucy, built 2019, looks and feels like a 19th C., narrow-gauge caboose.
