Another stay with Rosemarie. Again a very pleasant experience. The previous times I was the only guest, this time I had two friends come along. We all enjoyed Rosemarie's hospitality and felt like being at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the tree house and the big backyard.

Your place was a perfect fit for our weekend plans! We could stay and relax, but also did activities in the Cities due to close proximity. Perfect fit and place to allow our fur baby to come along! THANK YOU!

Deb was a fantastic host! She made us feel welcome during a tornado watch, and even gave us some rice when one of our cell phones acquired some water damage. The place was a great deal for the price, even better location. She allowed us to extend our stay with short notice, and she was very friendly. Would book again!

My recent stay was pretty perfect! This home is on Mount Curve Drive, which is creme de la creme Mpls city living. It was a convenient location for my recent April family visit. This is a well-appointed basement/walkout apartment in an old home. (European appliances in the kitchen and very quiet.) I chose it because I have a temporary mobility issue, and it was amazing because I was able to park my rental car a few steps away from the entrance. The online photos did not show that there are two steps to get into the shower, which I think is an oversight, but I was able to manage it. I stayed here by myself and felt safe. But if you are a person who is easily spooked or doesn’t like basements, you may not want to stay here by yourself. I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, which in the summer season has a nice walk out to a private patio. It being April, the feeling of a long winter was still hanging on. The host was super helpful with my misc. questions. Bottom line: great value!! Thanks!

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

Great location near trails, Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Park! Grace was very responsive with lots of helpful information! Easy in and out; it had everything we needed; Appreciated the large selection of coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning!

This AirBNB is in a lovely little neighborhood. The inside is very cute and nicely decorated. It felt very welcoming. Knowing we had a nice clean space to return to at the end of the day made everything feel so easy. The tub is a wonderful amenity, the bathroom is spacious. Entertainment system was simple to use. Very close to the mall and other big attractions. Would 100% book again!

We had an awesome stay! We celebrated my son's 14th birthday with friends, and this was the perfect spot. They enjoyed swimming and playing pool. The accommodations were very comfortable and the rural setting was beautiful!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The deck and boat dock with bench made for a very peaceful place to relax and unwind. Beautiful view of Forest Lake bay from all rooms. Bathroom is very nicely appointed. Nice living and dining space. The kitchen includes a toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave and Kuerig, so depending on what you want to prepare might be a little minimalist, but worked for us. Much more than you’d expect at an hotel for about the same price. Overall a terrific stay.

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

My husband and I stayed with our four month old baby. We really enjoyed the space, had plenty of room. The location is great a short drive from the city and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There’s a park within walking distance. It is in a basement so it was a little bit cold but the host provided a space heater that helped keep us warm. What absolutely stay again or even at one of their other properties.

Stayed here for a weekend while our home is on market. We had to work this weekend and needed a peaceful place to crash to sleep after 2nd and 3rd shift for my husband and I. Shower is awesome and relaxing scented body soap was a perk! Great place except the noise from the upstairs was a bid loud in the mornings… heavy footfalls and noise above. But most people probably aren’t renting this for what we needed it for. Bed pillows were flat and uncomfortable and an assortment of older pillows…I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. These things are tolerable but just things that could be elevated to make this place even better! Otherwise beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed Amy’s place and would stay again.

This place is great for a little relaxing get away/Staycation. Sarah paid attention to all the little details, to make this place exceptional. We loved the hot tub, and felt so at home here. Location was also so good. We were close to so many restaurants and bars. We will definitely go back!

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

Essa's place was such a great find! Super comfortable, clean, and quiet, and close to many of our favorite South Minneapolis spots! We had some last minute schedule changes on our trip and really appreciated Essa's flexibility too. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a cozy spot to rest in a great neighborhood. The shower was first rate!!

Was in town for a few days for work and the place was great for that short time. The space was unique and had a nice layout for 1 person. Unfortunately it had just snowed before I got there and if I didn’t have a capable vehicle it would have been difficult to navigate the side streets. Offered parking in the garage when I got there but my vehicle didn’t fit (sedan would). You go up some stairs to the backyard and go through gate and then a series of 3 doors / stairs. The first set of stairs got very icy and made it difficult to load and unload. They can’t control the weather so not their fault. Enjoyed my stay otherwise and would gladly come back for a short stay in town.

Came to town for a concert weekend and wanted to stay in a different area than our usual spots downtown or the south metro. Easy to find, instructions and info were clear. The place is nice, to be clear it’s a basement of an occupied house. Place was clean and no odd smells or issues others have noted. Host was quick and responsive to a minor issue with the living room TV, which was dead remote batteries. It was well stocked for the two of us, we made ourselves breakfast every day in the kitchenette area. A couple notes I have for others: the ceiling is low, and there is what I believe is a duct that goes lower in the center. I’m 6’6” and had to duck to get into the bathroom or go one side to another. Not a huge deal, but worth noting for others. The bed is a full/double, but was comfortable and worked fine for the two of us. Overall a nice place to stay in the northeast metro area for 1-2 people who want more room than a traditional hotel room. Thanks Eric!

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's. The bed and pillows were *very* comfortable which is sometimes not the case. Kevin and his partner were both very friendly. There wasn't as much privacy as we'd have liked. We could hear them a lot of the time because of an open doorway at the top of the stairs in to the kitchen. Which also made us think they could hear us. Otherwise, we were so glad to be able to bring our dog and be so close to the Minnehaha Creek Trail. We were also able to easily utilize the light rail. Overall, we had a very nice and comfortable time.

Lovely place! Bathroom was luxurious and pristine, couch and bed are very comfy. We were too tired to take advantage of all the suite's cool puzzles and board games or stroll the charming neighborhood, but hopefully next time. Host was very kind and yet also gave us total privacy. There is a dog living upstairs but it is such a good dog there was zero noise. Parking was easily found. There was tasty coffee supplied- loose grounds not pods. I was very pleased to see many little "green" choices like that. And as always we were blown away by how delicious the water is in Twin Cities LOL! Really a perfect experience.

Had a great stay here and was the perfect spot to get started in my transition from Cali to Minnesota! Jenna was very proactive and helpful as a host and the place itself had everything one could need to cook. The bed is very comfy and the space itself is very roomy—being able to do laundry was also a huge plus! Super cute neighborhood as well with plenty of awesome restaurants & shops around.
