It is located on the outskirts of town (approx 10 min drive to centre of town) on a small lifestyle property, with beautiful views of the city and river. The property has an inground pool (unheated) with an established garden and ample off-street parking, with a two-car car port and extra parking space onsite. The house is fully equipped, ideal for families and now with fibre broadband.

It is next to our manor house, gardens and paddocks. We are a great place to bring kids as there's plenty to see and do! The cottage has its own private deck and garden with views to Mt Ruapehu on a fine day. It is quiet here with beautiful native birdsong. Stay in your space or explore, up to you!
