Our stay was amazing—from the host and staff to the amenities and location, everything was perfect. After a long drive from MNL to Sorsogon, they kindly prepared dinner for us upon arrival. The next morning, when our dog fell over a walled cliff, staff member Raymond went above and beyond to help us recover him. We’re truly grateful for their generosity. If you want a stress-free family getaway with everything taken care of, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I had such a cozy and comfortable stay at BluHaus—it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail added to the overall comfort and charm of the place. It was such a pleasant experience that I didn’t think twice about booking again. Really great host! I had some special requests (e.g. extra monitor for remote work) and they arranged that for me. When there were some problems with water and electricity, they informed me promptly about it. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities that weren’t listed. The place is quite far from the center and somewhat noisy (since there is a workshop just beside it) but it’s a home away from home and very cozy so I didn’t mind 💖

Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

Our stay was no frills and had everything we needed. Bed, blankets, and pillows felt all new so we had no trouble sleeping after a few surf sessions down Gubat’s beach. Would consider to stay here again!

I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

Beautiful location, incredibly peaceful & serene. Plenty of room for 10 people. No Air-condition or TV/Karoke so it was a little warm however you are just a few steps from a beach and breezes. Two caretakers onsite who were incredibly helpful & kind. The property is some distance from the nearest town of Santo Domingo ( 15-20 minute ride ) so worth ensuring you bring everything you need however the trip into Santo Domingo is also worth while. There are a lot of steps down to the property which requires a lot of steps up when leaving, not ideal for perhaps the elderly or people with mobility concerns. Also quite close to the nature centre which was amazing, the amount of work & effort taken in building the accommodation & centre is staggering. The opportunity to just walk out & jump in the beach with the amazing views and relaxing environment was absolutely worth while.
