Dogs allowed but outside only, a kennel is available Welcome to your Tiny Escape!

Sunset Beach House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with amazing views of the sunset. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

The Crib

Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. There is heaps of parking for trailers etc. Wake up and listen to the bird song - we hope you will love this place as much as we do!

The Red Barn - Rural but close to town.

The Red Barn provides a rural retreat, a quick 7-minute drive to vibrant Whanganui city. Local café and brewery down the road and close to the Windermere Berry Farm. A self-contained cottage set privately in the grounds of our property offering options for whatever break away you are looking for. Sit and relax outside in the sun, or stoke up the fire and chill out, or grab your bike and explore the country roads. Dedicated EV charger, type 2. Secure storage for bikes.

Bluegum Guesthouse

Cereal Breakfast provided. Bluegum Guesthouse is a cosy 2-bedroom apartment in a peaceful rural setting, attached to the front of our family home. Kids and families are warmly welcomed – we don’t mind a bit of noise! (We are parents too). The space is private with its own entrance, though the driveway at the front is shared. Perfect for families, couples, or travellers wanting a quiet countryside retreat with fresh air and a homely feel. Pets are welcome.

There’s a large living/dining room with a kitchenette, a good-sized bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and one with 2 single beds. The apartment, and it’s parking, is the front half of the house as seen in the house photo. There is a ramp to the front door, no-step entry. Please send any questions you have.
