Two-story home, with 3 covered patios and a sunset view! Our house has been in business since the Spring of 2010, with five star ratings! We are tucked away in the hill country on the West fork of the Frio River. Even in this recent dry summer (2022), we still have running water in our river spot! We are North of Leakey, on a private 5.5 acre lot, with no neighbors. We are a short drive away from: Concan, Garner S.P. and Lost Maples. Relax in the peaceful hill country or cool off in the river

This Texas Hill Country farm offers, dark skies, natural rivers and a state of mind that is only found here. On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Hot tub. Burn ban on most of time(drought) ,please ask No smoking in cabin!

The heart of the house is its large deck - perfect for the stunning Texas sunsets or gathering around the firepit. We also provide kayaks for exploring, tree swings, and hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

BBQ grill, firepit, expansive patio and deck give you all the space to truly enjoy your time. Wifi provided in the home to give you coverage when you need it!

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

Nonnie's Cabin, Leakey, Texas

7 miles from the historic and popular Garner State Park sits Nonnie's Cabin LLC, a 2 br, 1 bath cedar cabin that accommodates 6 comfortably. New front-back decks, bath and shower, fully furnished. Great getaway! Good well-mannered & house-broken dogs are allowed, if we are notified in advance (no fence): $50 extra per stay for 1-2 dogs; $75 for 3 (must be paid in advance). Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds.
