The home was perfect for our situation. In the area for work. Quiet, space for my crew, ample parking. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators. Plenty of everything. Will absolutely stay here again

We stay with my daughter’s family. Bedrooms arrangement were perfect. Kids loved game table and pool. Perfect for a family. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was extremely tranquil, and there was plenty of room. It also came stocked with normal amenities (others haven't) like salt/pepper/cooking oil so that we can stay in and cook together as opposed to always going out. It was a relaxing environment and will be our go to place anytime I am visiting my family in Chico!

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s Airbnb! It was the perfect location to gather with family and friends. We loved the spaciousness of the home — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a highlight and made our time together even more special. Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!

Chico is a fun and friendly city. Samantha's rental is super close to CSU Chico and is also walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has mature trees and beautiful spring flowers. Rental is light, airy and has comfy beds. The a/c and heat are quiet and work well. Samantha is very enthusiastic and easy to communicate with!

Had a great time staying riverside for our annual fishing trip. House was fully stocked with necessities. House was very clean on check in. Easy check in and out.

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

Perfect place for our family to call home base while we attended all of our daughter’s graduation events at Simpson University. If we come back to Redding, we will check for availability here first!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and clean. The host was very responsive and proactive. I look forward to our next trip to Paradise.
