Bri and Daniel's place was a perfect location for the type of girl's weekend we wanted. We loved the high ceilings and huge upstairs room. There were so many spots for gathering and chatting in the kitchen area. All the rooms were cute, clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated extra linens and extra sleeping spaces (like the futon in the loft), for those that prefer their own space. Note that the "Neverland" play room is attached to the large family room upstairs, and that the bathroom/shower in that room is open ceiling. All of my guests absolutely adored the space and no one wanted to leave. I especially appreciated Bri's extra communication in regards to the activities we wanted to do. We all agreed that the location being right next to Bidwell Park made it the perfect spot. It made it easy for us to enjoy a long group bike ride, and also for individuals to enjoy a walk or run whenever they felt like it. Thank you Bri & Daniel for an unforgettable weekend.

I had a group of students stay at two of Christy's places. She had great basic amenities for the kitchen (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), laundry (detergent), and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner) that made the students' lives easier. Everything was super clean! I would definitely send my students back here again for next year's trip.

Jody's home was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Kids loved the farm and enjoyed interacting with all the animals; the adults loved relaxing in the home while listening to the rushing water of the creek, the deck and waterfall. Jody was a wonderful and responsive host, we look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful house love the pool really nice clean neighborhood and the beds were really comfortable

The stay was awesome. The property the studio flat was attached to and the studio itself was beautiful. We love that it was pet friendly, even though our dog was not allowed in the pool area. BTW that backyard is huge and gorgeous. There was a beautiful outdoor cat 🐈 that greeted us. I would have pet it all day if I wasn't allergic. :-(.. I loved the projector set up. The shower was amazing. Temp inside (Hot April) a little hot, but perfect when we opened the small window. Also turned on the fan. A minor issue was that I had to attempt at double clicking the fan light several times before it would turn off. All the other times it would blink off and back on really quick. It was probably user error. 😅 I also recommend opening and closing the sliding door really quick during bug season to avoid mosquitos from getting in. All in all, I am jealous of that property. It is so nice, the family you can tell are very good people, and it was very peaceful and quiet. Well worth it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Downtown Oasis, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the property. Every corner of the home was spotless, and it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure a pristine environment. We felt right at home. Communication with Katrina was seamless and prompt. She was incredibly responsive and provided all the necessary information well in advance, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. I would highly recommend the Downtown Oasis to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. I’m so thankful we were able to stay here! This house was exactly what my family of 4 needed for the week. We were hoping to find peace, rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what were able to get! The size of the peppery was perfect and the distance to everything was also perfect!! So so thankful and hoping we’ll be able to stay there again!
