The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End. The perfect place to base yourself from & explore Cornwall

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Belmont house is a very fine southwest facing listed Georgian house with original features positioned on a quiet road. Flat 3 forms a large part of the first floor, it is very bright and inviting offering a high degree of privacy while giving lovely elevated views at the front and rear of trees and rooftops. There are working shutters on the windows. The Queen size bed is extremely comfortable and has high quality cotton bed linen. There is a zero tolerance policy to smoking or vaping!.
