Er zijn verschillende restaurants aanwezig, bars, een supermarkt, golf,-tennis, -padel en voetbalterrein, speeltuigen en zwembaden. Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Alle keukengerief is voorzien, wasmachine, vaatwas, microgolfoven, oven, strijkplank + ijzer, handdoeken, tv's met chromecast en wifi.
