Located in the city centre in a friendly neighbourhood with a peaceful private garden. Built as a home of a craftsman family in 1906 where a family of twelve lived for decades. Today comfortably suitable for 5 persons. A perfect place to enjoy your holiday with family and friends leaving the car in our private parking and exploring the city centre on foot.

With the cottage comes a garden and a terrace with barbeque facilities and a hot tub (only for Sólvellir1 ). The cottage includes a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, TV and a free WiFi. The surrounding area is full of nature and has many exciting hiking trails, and during the winter there is a high chance of northern lights.

Welcome to our family cabin, located in Eilífsdalur (Valley of eternity) in Kjósarhreppur, 30 minutes drive from Reykjavík. The cabin has four queen size beds in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft. The cabin has beautiful surroundings and Hvammsvík hot springs and Glymur waterfall are close by.
