Treehouse close to the Anglesey Coast

In the depths of North-west Anglesey and close to the and coastal paths sits a quirky Treehouse. Tucked away a mile off the main road the little nest sits around a tree which grows inside the space. It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Nestled between the mountains and the sea is Gwêl y Sêr (see the stars). A beautiful cabin where you can switch off and listen to the sounds of nature. On dark nights in winter the milky way can be seen from outside, hence the name. The cabin is located in a central spot in North Wales, we are 2 miles from the closest beach and 1 mile from the mountains. We are also in a central location for access to both zipworlds, as well as close distance to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)

Tesca holiday home

Recently renovated to a very high standard Tesca is our personal holiday home. Tesca is off the High Street down the private lane towards the beach serving just 3 properties. The property is very central (behind the Sandymount Hotel) but at the same time secluded. There is no direct access to the beach but all the rooms have sea views and the garden is sheltered despite the closeness to the beach. There is parking for two cars, garden furniture and barbecue.
