Welcome to "Hickory Dickory Doc's" cabin. Doctor Charles Curtis, aka "Doc", was a family physician in Bellville, OH, for nearly half a century. The cabin, surrounded by beautiful hickory trees, overlooks the scenic Clear Fork river and is uniquely decorated. It sleeps 13, has two spiral staircases, a gas fireplace, a 7 person hot tub, beautiful deck, an outdoor fire pit and much more. It's truly a magical place. A stay here is just what the "doctor" ordered :). Enjoy your stay!

The Chirpy Chalet has 2br/1ba on 3+ wooded acres. Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We are an easy one-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees (*except for nastily excessive messes), and no chores for you to do! Very relaxing place to chill. 🙂

The 1211 Building

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home base. You’ll have numerous dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, downtown scene, historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked BR used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
