Our full basement apartment with private entrance is modest but comfortable. Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

College-town Comfort

Centrally located in Richmond, KY with easy access to I-75. The house is a 6 minute drive to downtown Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University. A new park is 3 minutes away. Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

Easy access to I-64, I-75, and Mountain Parkway - gateway to Appalachia.

The Nelson House-Walk to EKU

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom. We have everything you could need for a one night stay or longer. There is livestock in the adjacent fields but won't be a bother to you.
