Located a few minute walk away are tennis Courts, sports fields, Nature land , and many activities located at the beach park.

Centrally located to the wineries and NZ oldest pub - The Moutere Inn. A great starting or relaxing way to finish the Abel Tasman in the Kahurangi National Park. Suria - guest suite on semi-rural lifestyle block

Our house is on a small rural hill-top, with views over Tasman Bay. The private guest deck through the living room door leads to the shared patio, spa (winter only) and swimming pool (summer) - use by arrangement with us. There is a TV and DVD player in the Lounge which includes a small, basic Kitchenette with a kettle for coffee/tea-making, a toaster, a bar fridge, and a microwave for reheating of ready meals. No pets or children (for security and safety because of the pool).

There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.
