Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, bar area, gym and garden- shared with myself and usually other guest/ guests. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided.
