It is across from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking/mountain biking trails, the CO river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mtn Resort for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.

Enjoy the wildlife right out the window, and easy access to incredible biking and/or hiking. 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee.

Mountain Biking Retreat

My partner and I absolutely love Grand Junction and cannot wait for visitors to enjoy it as well! You will have access to the room through a private entrance around the back of the house. You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. Great location: -1 mile from Two Rivers Winery -3.3 miles from Lunch Loop Trailhead -Quiet home with great views of Monument National Park

Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.

Bicycle Friendly Over Garage One Bedroom Unit

This stylish one bedroom apartment has its own separate entrance above the garage. A barn door separates the bedroom area from the sitting room. A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable private escape only 6 minutes from downtown Grand Junction. This cozy 8'x20' shipping container tiny home is located on three acres that overlooks the the Grand Valley. The container sits between our small orchard and open space that we are returning to native vegetation. Enjoy incredible views of the Valley, the Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and abundant bird watching!
