Cozy Studio located in the busy Downtown area. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, a 24 hour gas station, pharmacies, a hospital, and beaches; all at walking distance for an enhanced experience in Town. Can get loud some nights in the seasonal time (Mondays and Thursdays specifically), not ideal for kids, online work, or early bedtimes. The studio itself is a welcoming and modern space. Perfect for relaxing in or getting ready for adventure in town. Pets must be approved by host.

Our beachfront apartment is a cozy and comfortable place were you can have a great time in the town of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony with an ocean view, air conditioner, pool, beach chairs, board games, among others. It also have Wi-Fi, cable TV and parking for two vehicles. Beach is just across the street, restaurant, bakery and supermarket just three minutes away. Near you: beautiful beaches to do kayak, surf, among others.

Casa Sirena is a unique apartment located on the top level of a Spanish Colonial building with a beautiful wrap around porch. Just a block behind the main plaza of Rincon in a lively neighborhood of locals and businesses, but set back enough to feel residential. Half a block to all the restaurants in the plaza, the Sunday Farmers Market & Thursday's Art Walk. Feel like a local and immerse yourself in Puerto Rican Culture. The public beaches, surf spots and grocery are close by.

Nearby are restaurants, bakery, supermarket and many other. You will need a car to move around, no public transportation is available around the area. No pets allowed.
