Nice place to stay near the lake, and with a few other amenities that families will appreciate (trampoline, basketball area, etc).

My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

We enjoyed our stay; very clean, quiet and comfortable. Host was a good communicator and very flexible.

Truly a magical place… the views are amazing. We actually frolicked in the river a bit even though it’s only April and there was small amount of snow on the ground… it was surprisingly refreshing for a feet dip… as far as the unit there was so much charm and care put into this place… we had a snack and beverage awaiting us and Carmella the cat had a snack and toy with a little pillow bed by the window and food dishes ready to use. These extra little touches are special ❤️ The inside is super cute and charming, I loved the bath tub…. I stayed 2 nights and took 3 baths 😂 after our 5 hr drive my daughter needed to use facilities but it took her a good 10 minutes because she loved every detail of the space. I hope to return in summer! Book this space if interested, I promise you will not be disappointed!

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! Hope to see you again next year!

My stay at paradise Island was great and exactly what I needed for a couple weeks while I was working on a project ,I was able to relax ,rest, and enjoy a nice peaceful area and set my mind at ease ,met such wonderful hosts and very welcoming ,I appreciate the hospitality and what a beautiful place thank you again .

Wonderful air b&b. Exactly described. Very spacious, meticulously cleaned, and the view out back was gorgeous (especially with the leaves changing color). Parking was super convenient. Roger was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Magic Lake house was wonderful. There is plenty of room, it is very well stocked with games, books, toys, and yard games, and the lake was beautiful to kayak. We enjoyed cooking out, sitting by the fire pit in the evenings, and hanging out on the deck. Such a great place to visit with family. Hannah and Dave were very timely in sending information and answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic home, near Pats Peak and the lake view is amazing. Better than we expected.

This is our second time staying here and it is just such an amazing place and location. When out and about we actually decide to head back to the house early to just sit on the dock and relax. The dining room table is large enough for 8+ people making for great group dinners and conversations. The views from the bedrooms make for a relaxing wakeup. This place is amazing!

Great stay overall — just be mindful of seasonal comfort! We had a lovely time at this beautiful property — it’s well-maintained, peaceful, and has a lot of charm. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. Just a heads-up for future guests: the property has seasonal settings, so you’ll either get heat or A/C depending on the time of year, not both. It made things a bit uncomfortable during a weather transition, but manageable. Still, the beauty and uniqueness of the space definitely made up for it. Would recommend with that one caveat in mind!

I had a wonderful stay while visiting Brattleboro for work. The house is just lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I’m hoping to stay again in the future when working in the area.

i was we my family the place was very clean and had a lot of amenities, my dad it's a fisher man, so he love the pond, the view it's amazing in the morning, Bruce helped us with everything always ready to respond, it's a Diamond 💎 in New Hampshire if you going to NH a will recommended this place 1000 times, definitely I'm gonna rent this place again. Great little spot in the woods. We jetted up to NH on short notice for a quick ski trip. My wife being from the area, we wanted to be close enough to the mountain but without any crowds. That’s exactly what we got. Check in was breeze, house is clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked! We had a ton of snow on the ground which provided amazing views of the woods behind the property. The kids loved playing in the snow down the hill in the back yard. We hope to come back this summer to see this beautiful property in another season.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and stocked well. plenty of linens, towels, plate ware for a large group. Loved that there was ice in the fridge! Very quiet and close to downtown. Bianca was fantastic when we had to change dates. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend !!!

Excellent stay in Shrewbury! Not only was the house easy to find, but Roman waited up late in order to ensure my check in went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here!

great place. good for family. one criticism: no place to get rid of garbage and recycling. At a minimum there should be instructions as to where to take it.

We loved staying in this comfortable air bnb with all the amenities. Easy access to Concord, Lexington and Walden Pond. It was a nice, relaxing stay after moving my kid in the city. We would love to stay here again.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !
