Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.
