The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. The Pods by the Stream - Swaledale Pod & Hot Tub

‘Swaledale’ is one of two pods at Flakebridge Farm. Luxury Glamping Pod situated on a farm located on the border of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales. Each Pod has their own private hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, outdoor patio with luxury Rattan furniture & own parking/entrance. Sleeps 4 (2 adults 2 children) or 3 adults. Fully insulated with towel heater/radiator. Kitchenette, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, toaster & kettle. All bedding, towels & complimentary robes & slippers provided.

The cabin sits close to and above the river Eden, with stunning views and the chance to have total time out to relax or explore. Nestled in the Eden valley, it is very close to explore the Lake District or the Pennines and not far from the Scottish border. Transport is easy, 5 minutes from jct 40 at Penrith, on the A686. 1.5 hours from Newcastle and a 10 min walk from the Carlisle/Settle/Leeds station line.

The Shipping Container, Springwell

An ‘Amazing Spaces’ inspired shipping container conversion, set in a peaceful secluded wildlife friendly garden, at the foot of the Pennine hills. The container is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Talkin village which has a friendly pub serving food. A woodburning stove (logs supplied) ensures the container stays cosy in all weathers. It makes an excellent base to explore Hadrian's Wall, the North Lakes and the Eden Valley.. or a perfect stop off point on your way to or from Scotland.

The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Shap Fell Bothy, Cumbria. A unique adventure!!!

A beautifully unique building in the eastern Lake District. The Bothy is fully off-grid so naturally facilities are basic. The Bothy has a way of slowing life down. Over 2 floors; downstairs a cosy living area with woodburner & cooking facilities, upstairs a cosy sleeping area with view of the night sky. Dogs are welcome & it sleeps max 6. The Bothy is fabulously fun! We love getting back to basics, with some wildly wonderful indoor camping! Come have an adventure and make some memories!

The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

It has an open plan double bedroom upstairs with roll top bath. Downstairs you have your own fully fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting room with wood burning stove and bathroom with walk in shower. Follow the secret path into the woods, and you can take a dreamy outdoor bath under the trees!

Rowan Retreat

Rowan Retreat is an idyllic shepherd’s hut perched on the banks of the Petteril River in Blencowe. With a double bed and an en-suite shower room, this retreat offers the chance for a secluded river get-away without sacrificing on comfort. This secluded spot comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and solar power but no wi-fi to let you disconnect and enjoy the babbling brook. Relax by the river in your own private grove complete with Adirondack chairs, a firepit and a barbeque.

Yewbarrow - Shepherd's hut overlooking Wastwater

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities. Each hut comes complete with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen area and outdoor seating with BBQ. The shepherd's huts are brand new for summer 2022 and are currently being built from scratch here on the farm.
