Built during prohibition, this private basement apartment has a fantastic speakeasy feel for those needing a secure isolated space. Spread out on the leather sofa in front of the 60" LCD TV with Roku. Exposed wood paneling and brick accents, little nooks and crannies, and a bottle collection transport you to the roaring twenties, while latter-day luxuries include a spa bath and electric fireplace. Prepare your own meals in the updated kitchen with full size fridge, sink and countertops. Microwave, toaster/oven, and induction hotplate (complete with pots and pans) for all your cooking needs. In what once was the hidden cellar situated beneath the main house is a private living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath all with it’s own separate entrance and courtyard. Enjoy the cozy bedroom with Queen Size Bed! There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Hip Rino Basement Suite Near Downtown

Select some vinyl to put on the record player and settle down by the fire for some retro entertainment. This remodeled 850-square-foot property comes with mid-century modern touches, and there's a shared backyard with BBQ grill. Large kitchenette comes complete with microwave, toaster oven, single burner, large refrigerator, coffee maker, & all pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Head outside to the backyard and throw something on the grill for dinner. Turn on the fan and open up the windows for a cool breeze on summer nights. Heat control in the winter. Newly remodeled 850 sqft basement apartment, spacious and nice. The kitchenette has a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate, sink, and all necessary plates, cups, bowls, silverware, etc. Please let us know if there is anything you need that you don't see! You will have private access to the apartment, as well as access to the backyard to hang out in the Denver sun or grill a delicious meal. We live in the house above the apartment and will be around to answer questions, give recommendations on our favorite spots, where to hike or ski, etc. but will otherwise be out of your hair. The Whittier neighborhood is a charming and historic part of Denver, and also one of its most walkable locales. Stroll or bike to hip new restaurants, bars, and breweries. The Airbnb is close are Coors Field, the Convention Center, Union Station, and Lower Downtown. blocks away from the 25th and Welton light rail station. Right by I-25 and I-70. Quick and easy access to the Mountains to go skiing. 1 hour to Loveland Ski Area. An hour 15 to A Basin. The new A train to DIA has a stop at 38th and Blake that is a 5 minute uber ride from our place. Take the A train for $9 a person. Takes around 30 minutes to or from the airport.

Cozy City Park 1 BD/BA Apt * Close to Everything!

Located in the quiet Whittier neighborhood, close to downtown, RiNo, 17th Ave restaurants, City Park, major hospitals and much more. This recently constructed, private basement apartment includes a bedroom (queen bed), large sofa, private bath, stocked kitchen with refrigerator, convection microwave and counter top electric stove. We have air mattresses, a pack n play, as well as extra bedding available. The space opens up to our shared backyard with with a large deck and lots of seating.

My home is part of the Curtis Park Historic District. And, art, breweries, coffee, and dining are just steps away. Access to the light rail (4 blocks), train to DIA very close, B-cycle(rental bikes - 3 blocks), Coors Field is a 20 minute walk, all downtown amenities are within walking distance or a $5 UBER or Lyft ride.
