This cosy 1 bedroom flat is situated in a conservation area in the old Peterhead Town Centre and forms part of a traditional looking area. Ideally located near all the central amenities such as pubs, restaurants and cinema. This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

The cottage is set in a quiet location with beautiful views yet is easy to find and convenient for many of Aberdeenshire’s attractions. The large open plan kitchen/dining/living area has a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has comfy leather sofa and chairs and modern smart TV. Outside dining and enclosed garden area are at the rear.

Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.
