Amazing hosts! Andres and Emily are extremely responsive and give great instructions. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast on the patio desires.

This host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and in a great location.

Dorian was an amazing host and super accommodating. She was responsive (even during her child’s Wed) and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this location if you want to be in the center of everything!

Had a great stay at this property! It was actually way bigger than the pictures make it seem. It easily slept 4 with the roll out bed provided. Space was centrally located to downtown so everything was within walking distance. The included parking space was game changer! Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay! Loreen gave very clear check in instructions and the place was very clean and nice. The backyard was great with our dog, and the location is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well as shops and food.

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

second time we have stayed there. close to restaurants, bars, music, inlet is 100yds away for fishing charters, good cold ac l and was easily extended our stay for a day.

This is our second time staying at this home and it’s hands down our favorite place. It’s extremely walkable while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Great fenced in backyard if you’re traveling with pets! Everything is clean and you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. We will definitely try to get this home again when we’re scheduling our vacation next year!

Super clean, lovely house with ample space for socializing. We were able to walk to the Cargo District and Riverfront relatively easily and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax each day.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. I walked in and wanted to move in right away, ha! I would love to stay here again.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . Ended my 10day trip to NC at Karem’s oceanfront condo. Amazing views, walkable beach, restaurants, nightlife.. tranquil, coffee on the deck.. highly recommend. Quaint and cozy, well stocked condo with everything you need. Would recommend and would stay again.

The condo was perfect for our quick trip to Carolina Beach. The bed was wry comfortable and the coffee bar was a great touch. Unfortunately the boardwalk was under construction and many restaurants had long wait times due to staffing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved that the beach was easy to get to.
