Erica was a wonderful host. This was my first time acquiring an AirBnB and it was a great experience! The condo was immaculate. The building was quiet, and the access to the beach was a a block away. Erica communicated with me from the initial inquiry to check-out. She was very accommodating and helpful, which made for a great last minute trip to the beach. I definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage on Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The front porch was one of our favorite spots, with two comfy chairs and a table and chairs that were perfect for evening snacks and card games. We also loved how close the house was to everything. It was an easy walk to a great coffee shop, Crush and Grind, as well as several fun and casual restaurants. The boardwalk was just a nice stroll away, offering even more food options and activities. The outdoor shower was an unexpected treat—perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway and would definitely stay here again!

10/10!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sound-side waterfront property. The location was ideal - just a 6-7 minute walk to the pier/beach and adjacent to the 2.5-mile "loop" walking path. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for us, allowing access to the property's essentially private beach area where there are paddle boards and kayaks. During the summer dog restrictions on public beaches, this private access was invaluable for our furry companion. The unit features large windows that maximize the incredible views. The interior was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen/living area opens to a spacious porch - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The beverage fridge did a great job of maintaining a consistent 36-degree temperature. Jarrod & Jennie are fantastic hosts - quick to respond and embodying that quintessential good-vibes attitude you'd hope for at the beach! Blue Surf is ideal for couples, with or without pets

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to everything, perfect walking distance from the beach, and cozy. We will definitely be back

This was a true home away from home! From the moment we arrived until our departure, my family and I felt at home. The only difference between our own home and this one was the address. The location was even better, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood where the residents welcomed and treated us as neighbors. The interior of the home was impeccable, with everything in its place. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a home away from home.

This is my second time staying at this property and Amy is always super accommodating! I love this spot, it’s my go-to for Carolina Beach trips.

Nice, quiet trip with two kids and two pups. Not too far to walk to get to the beach and house had everything needed. The main bed was very comfortable and the house was clean when we arrived. The weather was cool so we didn’t check out the pool but it looked very pretty.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.
